2.0 Development Overview
2.1 The Scheme
My colleague Peter Whalley (Associate Director) and I visited Kenisngton Oval on 2nd October 2017y 2017. Meeting with three RMC Directors, we conducted a walk of the development.
The scheme comprises 48 apartments and 6 houses built by Bryant Homes in 2006. Built over four oors with one central core, site bene ts from secure parking, landscaped gardens and two escape staircases.
