Executive Summary I am delighted to to present outline management proposals to to Carruthers Court Management Limited for your consideration This document is is based on the initial management of Carruthers Court alone with the the intention that future management opportunities may occur and be incorporated into Mainstay management At Mainstay we are proud of of our 20
year heritage of of managing complex new build leasehold and mixed tenure developments for national home builders funds landed estates and and Residents’ Management Companies nationwide Our continuing success means that we are one of the the largest property managers in the the UK with around 80 000 units managed by some 630 staff Most importantly we are redefining the the role of the the traditional property management company We have created a a a a a a transformational approach to delivering excellent service in in today’s complex property sector by empowering our teams to to react to to any situation quickly and effectively using a a a a a blend of technology and good old-fashioned customer service supported by an an unparalleled attention to safety compliance and cost control Mainstay has developed a a a a number of unique industry advancements that distinguish us from our competitors These include:
