Management Strategy
Following our meeting on on Monday 2nd July with the Directors of Carruthers Court Management Limited both Jonathan Bloor
Associate Director
and I had an an opportunity to to discuss your intentions concerns and visit the development The management structure for the development and estate in its entirety consists of several parties including:
 Newbury Racecourse  Existing managing agents who act on behalf of both David Wilson Homes and Newbury Racecourse to service and and maintain the overall estate and and individual blocks
 Residential Management Companies such as Carruthers Court Management Limited and Chatham House Management Limited  Sovereign Housing
Mainstay is experienced at supporting Residential Management Companies and and working with multiple partners and and would welcome the the opportunity to support Carruthers Court Our understanding of the key concerns discussed and and our approach is briefly noted below We are happy to expand on on our experience of of areas of of particular concern:
1 Communication issues with the existing managing agent Our ethos is to maintain an open two-way style of communication and residents are offered a a a a choice o of communication channels with the Mainstay team including:
 Call email or meet Direct contact with the proposed Site Manager centrally based in Newbury  Dedicated website portal Exclusively for residents via a a a unique log in in in providing interactive updates on work requests real-time maintenance updates and notifying feedback or issues  Regular resident forums held locally or or on on site on on a a a regular basis
