The Days We Are Living In
It looks like it is only in the Old Testament where we saw the remnants that did amazing things for the kingdom of God. Now my concern is, do we still have such kind of people today or in the New Testament? What do you think remnants could be today according to the pattern of God? If we have New Testament remnants today, these are people who are critical, stubborn and controversial believers who only respond to what God commands. They refuse to bow down to wickedness, discouragement, sickness and ignorance, but only to divine knowledge.
I mean, there are people in the body of Christ who you will come across who it is very hard to discourage. Your discouragement can’t penetrate them, however you try. They stand until what they want to see happen comes to pass, by the help of God. Are you one of them?
The synonyms for “remnant” are trace, mark out, leftover, remains, remainder, marked out. The very fact that you have remained behind makes you incomparable in the very grace of God. Think about
