The University of Waterloo is home to approximately
40,000 full and part-times students; 85% of which are
undergraduates while the remaining 15% graduate students. Of
this large group, 20% are international undergraduates and
40% international graduate students. These statistics play a
vital part in analyzing diversity in the University of Waterloo
which is essentially what this article aims to do.
Waterloo strives to be one of Canada’s most international
universities, placing 34th for its global connections. Increasing
to almost 8000 international students here, University of
Waterloo is on its way to becoming a strong international
school.
