Daily Routine

daily guided meditation for calming the mind and
relaxing the soul. The soothing audio tracks are
voiced by a Tibetan Buddhist monk who leads
you on a peaceful journey to learn the

Personally, our favourite way to relax at the
end of the day is with a cool, refreshing glass
of Sassy Water. Sassy Water is an amazing
detox for the body. It helps flush toxins by
aiding digestion and allows the body to stay
hydrated without becoming bloated. And for
a busy student, it only takes a few minutes to
prepare. We especially like this since it adds
a flavour boost to our water and encourages
us to stay hydrated. There are many recipes
