         Recreational programs are a great way to stay active.

         With around 250 programs at a variety of levels, students
         can participate in one of Canada’s most diverse campus

         recreation programs. Try out some of the following:


            intramurals and tournaments

            aquatics, ice activities, and racquet sports
            2,500 drop-in fitness & wellness classes, including power yoga, cycling, and Pilates
            dance and martial arts

            spin class
