11 Use, Possession, Sale or Distribution of Drugs Other Than Tobacco or
Alcohol

Use, possession, sale or distribution of any controlled drug other than prescription medication that has
been administered in accordance with the district‘s policies.

            a. Possession, sale, use, concealment, transmission or consumption of intoxicating
                   substances, including inhalants, or drugs, or counterfeit or look-alike drugs or attendance
                   at school sponsored activities while under the influence of such substances. This
                   includes the prohibition of any Prescription drug or medication, which is not possessed by
                   the student in accordance with school policy governing the possession of prescription
                   medication on school District grounds.

14 False Alarms/Bomb Threat

Any threat (verbal, written or electronic) by a person to bomb or use other substances or devices for
the purpose of exploding, burning, causing damage to a school building or school property, or to harm
students or staff.

            a. Creating any kind of false alarm, such as setting off a fire alarm.

18 Disobedient/Disruptive Behavior

Unwillingness to submit to authority, refusal to respond to a reasonable request, or any act that
disrupts the orderly conduct of a school function; behavior that substantially disrupts the orderly
learning environment (i.e., dress code violations, inappropriate language, cursing, inappropriate
gestures).
