4.
Go to your pile. Only think of these 3 focus areas, sort out images which fall
into this category. You’ll have more than one graphic, put each one in a focus
pile. It’s process of elimination, eliminate what doesn’t serve, which one best
represents the category you’re focusing on. You don’t have to use them all.
This is your board, it has to relate to you. Think back to your feelings and why
it relates. You should have one graphic for each category. The other pictures,
pop back into your pile. No gluing yet :)
Write down 1, 2, 3, 4 For each of your categories.
1. Write down your goal for each category, your goal. In the future tense as if
you have already achieved it. E.G. I have earned £10,000 more than I did last
year.
2. What does this feel like, really feel it, see it,
taste it.
3. Who will be affected when you reach this
goal? Who else will benefit? Kids, husband?
You can afford to do more, your husband can
work less etc.
4. Write three action steps needed to achieve this goal.
Do you need to find a new job? Change departments? Apply for a new, more
senior position?
Do this for all 3 areas of focus. Three pieces of paper.
Now we have three areas of focus, we’ll go on to three new areas of focus:
4. Family – extended values and relationship
5. Health – mental and physical – always room for improvement
6. Creativity – what ideas do you want to run with. Allow yourself creative
time. It has far more impact on your health and well-being than you actually
think. Can you connect with your children through creativity?
