            Each time you have a new Desired Element do these 5 steps I’m about to show

            you. Every time.


            1. Set your ‘in stone’ deadline. Of course things crop up, but try to stick to it.
            You can be flexible but for now, this is your date/deadline. Add your deadline to
            your phone as a reminder. You may have to re-evaluate if you didn’t reach the
            goal. You need to be aggressive, but it needs to be attainable. Challenge
            yourself.



            You’re building a pattern of repeated success.


            2. Reverse engineer the steps needed to take to reach your goal.  Take your
            goal, then work your way back. Write each step down, no matter how small the
            step may seem.



            3. Put on display the questions you answered. What does it feel like, who will
            it benefit, what did you do? Hang it up, refer to it when you’re being distracted.
            This is your WHY.


            4. Put 2 affirmation or encouraging keywords into your phone. Along with
            your deadline date, 3x per day as an alarm, morning, noon and evening. When

            those two words pop up on your board, your desired element, and your WHY, it
            will help you push even harder. It sets you up for the day and helps you
            evaluate through the day.


            5. Personal Development. This is the breaker between you accomplishing this
            in your life or not. Focus on an area of personal development pertinent to your

            Desired Element.






            I recommend a few personal development books,
            but the Miracle Morning book by Hal Elrod is a
            great one to begin with. You have to look after

            yourself before you can look after anyone, and
            that’s your family, friends and/or clients.
