                                                 COPING WITH COVID


                       Arming ourselves with a repertoire of healthy coping strategies is the key to coming out on
               the right side of this pandemic or any trial life throws at us, for that matter.

                       For many, the pandemic has enabled and empowered them to tap into their creative side and
               do things like launch podcast, write books, start new businesses, or explore hidden talents like writing
               music, and playing instruments.

                       For others, journaling their thoughts and emotions has served as an anchor for their mental
               stability, thereby helping them navigate through the many uncertainties spurred on by the pandemic.

                       For many, exercising has been a significant and very impactful outlet for coping with COVID-
               19. Exercising helps release endorphins, which is a natural anti-depressant our body provides. Of
               course, packing on the pounds may have reduced your energy levels. For those who fall into that
               category, in addition to optimal water intake and healthy eating, do some research on healthy, pre-
               workout drinks that can give you a jump start and act as training wheels for a consistent work-out
               regimen  in the early stages of  your routine. Social media platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, and
               Facebook are all excellent resources for obtaining ideas for exercise routines.
