In this Holiday Season, here is a friendly reminder regarding GlobeNet’s Gifts and Entertainment
guidelines:
It’s the season for giving!
But the gifts you give / receive (on behalf of GlobeNet) should be appropriate, reasonable in the local
context and proportionate. If your gift is above the values detailed below, obtain your manager’s
approval. And if it involves gifts to a government official, obtain pre-approval from the Legal Department.
In the event of Gifts received from a government official, the Legal Department must be promptly notified
upon its acceptance.
It’s the season to be gathered and celebrate!
But entertainment that you give or receive (on behalf of GlobeNet) should be occasional, business related
and reasonable in the local business context. Obtain your manager’s approval for anything that could be
considered excessive.
