What was your first job? I started my career working in Industrial Security in Cartagena’s
Fuels Terminal for ExxonMobil. I was responsible to insure that no “Body Gets Hurt” and
everybody went back home safe and sound. It included risk analysis, training, and

       coordinating maintenance prevention activities.

Did you always want to be in sales? I had always visualized myself working in Logistics and
Operations. I actually decided to do a second Bachelor Degree in Logistics. My first year of

career I worked in a Fuel Terminal and I was really close to the operation, but then I got an
opportunity to start working in Sales Operations, supporting the Sales Team with contracts

and reporting, since then, I’ve been in Sales and Pricing, supporting negotiations and
generating insights for the business. I enjoy seeing the business grow.

What or who inspires you? Why? My parents, because I have seen how their love,
perseverance and hard work during their whole life made my brother and myself the people

we are now. Also with all the time that has passed they haven’t forgotten their roots and that
       makes them incredible beings.

What is one of your hobbies? When did you start this hobby? I enjoy arts and crafts, I make

them for parties decoration. I started 8 months ago.

If you could travel anywhere in the world; where would it be and why? Australia, first of all I

have some family living there that I would love to see again but also because everything
about the country has always called my attention. Its cities, landscapes and way of life makes

it a must in my bucket list.

What is your favorite place that you have traveled to? Zermmat in Switzerland. It’s like
       being in a Christmas movie!!

Favorite quote of all time? “Remember that the happiest people are not those getting more,
but those giving more” - H. Jackson Brown Jr.
