Thank you for the opportunity to present our offering for Diversity Training, and being a part of the
journey this far in your growth as a company.

As requested, our training includes;

 The definitions of diversity, unconscious bias, and harassment,

 Equipping trainees with a way of how to deal with diverse groups,

 Exercises to facilitate inclusion and contribution, and
 Exercises to enforce the learnings.

ICAS Southern Africa is not in a position to share our presentations with companies, as this is our

Intellectual Property. I have gone through the content, and presentation, with Kerusha Pillay and
Ekvhir Tugh. Both approved what had been included but ICAS is happy to present to any other

person involved in the decision-making process.
