 The Orientation Process
Brand new agents to the industry will go through the CREATE 21 program as well as new agent training with a mentor or member of the Executive Leadership Team. Each new Salesperson/Associate Broker to CENTURY 21 Northland will receive training on CENTURY 21 tools and office systems. Agents will receive office policy and procedure manual and anything else pertinent to help make your transition successful.
Assistance and Questions
Day-to-day questions concerning the office will be directed to the Office Manager or Office Administrator. Please refer to the Administrative Organizational Chart in regards to questions pertaining to training, tools and systems, contract view, real estate rules and law, etc.
