Log in to the Cigna Portal.
The Username and Password are in the Master Login List in External Documents in WebPT.
Click Patients from the icons toolbar.
Enter the Patient ID and DOB. You can also enter their Last and First Name. Click Search.
Once the patient populates, click on their Patient ID number to view Medical Coverage Details.
Review to confirm Current Coverage and In-Network Coinsurance, Deductibles, and Maximums.
