Log in to the ASH Portal.
The User ID, Password, and PIN are in the Master Login List in External Documents in WebPT.
In the blue toolbar across the top of the home page, click Search.
In the dark blue toolbar, click the New Patient tab. Enter the required fields with the patient’s
information and then Search.
Under View, click the magnifying glass icon to view the patient’s benefits and eligibility. If you
searched by Member ID, all names of members on the plan will populate in the search results;
click the icon for the appropriate patient.
