of January, April, July, and October and cover the preceding three months. If needed, an AIR Addendum of
all internal incidents should be presented to the standing Committee within the 21 days for review.

Finally, compassion is at the heart of everything I do. I believe it is important to consider the thoughts, feel-
ings, and actions of everyone involved in an incident. This helps our staff and people supported to feel safe
and to trust that I have their best interest at heart.

Akisia Agard, Quality Enhancement Manager, began EPIC journey as a DSP. Passionate about advoca-
cy for individuals with disabilities. Akisia is pursuing a Human Services degree at Prince George’s Com-
munity College. She also holds a master’s degree in Theology from Life Christian University, Florida,
and a Diploma in Education from Guyana.
