KIM PIPKIN
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Kim Pipkin has over twenty five years of professional experience in the fields
of architecture, engineering, construction and real estate development.
Currently Director of Marketing, her expertise in is marketing communications
and business development with an emphasis on contract compliance and
community engagement. As a “people person,” Kim has extensive experience
with strategic planning, coalition building, public meeting facilitation, grant/
proposal writing, media relations and event planning. Collaborating with
developers, architects and contractors, her work is focused on ensuring
consistent communication with various stakeholders and local groups.
Early in her career, Kim worked for several preeminent architecture and
construction firms, including Swinerton Builders where she assisted in the
company’s contract and diversity programs targeted to historically underutilized

MBA in Marketing, St. Mary’s College firms. Previously, Kim was a principal at a public relations and advertising firm

of San Anselmo Memorial Park Master Plan Initiative.
Currently, Kim is a Planning Commissioner for the Town of San Anselmo. She
is also on the Board of Directors for the Playhouse San Anselmo, a community
performing arts theatre. She was on the board of the San Domenico School
Parent Student Association, The Belden Club, and Commercial Real Estate
Women (CREW).
