Veggie Seaweed Wraps



                            with




       Peanut Ginger Sauce










                                                Ingredients

      For the wraps                                            For the sauce
      Nori seaweed sheets                                      1 garlic clove

      1 carrot                                                 1½ teaspoon ginger
      ¼ head red cabbage                                       3 tablespoon honey
      1 avocado                                                ¾ cup creamy peanut butter

      ½ cucumber                                               1/3 cup soy sauce
      1 bell pepper                                            ¼ cup rice vinegar

                                                               2 tablespoons water
                                                               Ginger essential oil



                                                Instructions
      For the wraps

      Finely slice all the veggies.
      Lay out seaweed sheets and layer veggies inside.
      Roll up veggie wraps. Enjoy!



      For the sauce

      In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the ingredients until well
      blended.
      When adding in the Ginger essential oil, use a toothpick and stir in 1-2

      toothpick amounts of essential oil.
