Special Rate Plan
What is It?
• Special Rate Plans (SRP) are created to manage discounted rates
based upon volume.
Why is it Important?
• There are Local SRP's and SRP's that are managed through the
PMS System.
How Does It Impact Your Business?
• These rate plans allow for tracking and personalization with a
specific company. Having SRP’s allows the hotel to stay organized
in their rate plans, and have a more accurate ADR (average daily
rate), by not overriding the BAR (best available rate) rate.
