Consortia
What is It?
• A Consortia is large group of travel agencies that work together to
gain bargaining power within the travel industry.
Why is it Important?
• These reservations are usually found using one global name (for
example ABC Corporate Services, Radius, CCRA, THOR) but each
agency maintains their own agency identity, such as Joanne’s
Travel.
How Does It Impact Your Business?
• Provides a good booking channel to capture a large amount of
business through agencies.
