ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK

Today I received a copy of the Amy’s Drive Thru Employee Handbook. I agree to read
the Employee Handbook and to comply with the various policies and practices of the
Company.
I understand and agree that my employment with the Company is strictly on an at-will
basis and that my employment can be terminated at any time by me or by the Company
for any reason or for no reason, and with or without notice. I also understand and agree
that neither the Employee Handbook nor any other communication by a management
representative is intended to in any way create a contract of employment between the
Company and me, either express or implied.

I also understand that any rules, policies and benefits described in the Employee
Handbook may be modified or varied from by the Company at any time, except for the
rights of the parties to terminate employment at will, which may only be modified by an
express written agreement signed by both parties.
