            Completed works

            During Q2 of 2017 we have had the roof above the skylight in the kitchen repaired due to a leak. There have
            been new locks fitted to the back garden gate, as there was no key for access. A new thermostat has been
            installed in the downstairs hallway as the previous one broke.

            Next quarter (impending works/tenancy notices)

            In Q3 of 2017 there are no scheduled works taking place. We have just renewed the house insurance, which
            is now through Allianz and provides improved cover at a more competitive price.
