Visiting Day Policies
We are pleased to welcome family and friends to camp on Saturday, July 22, 2017. In order to ensure a safe and happy visit, we ask you to please follow our Visiting Day Policies. If you have any questions regarding any of our policies, please do not hesitate to contact the camp office.
For parents who are separated, please inform us of any special custody arrangements prior to camp. In addition, if you wish to visit separately, please call us to arrange an alternate visiting day for one parent.
If you are unable to visit your child on Visiting Day, please let us know and a special activity/outing will be arranged for him/her.
Visitors are invited to participate
in limited activities, tour the camp and join us for lunch at one of our gourmet BBQ’s. We make every attempt to make this day as special as possible. Please take the time to visit the main office – we would love to meet you in person!
VISITING DAY SATURDAY JULY 22, 2017
Visiting hours are from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm
All campers must be back by 3:00pm. Campers may not stay out over the supper hour or overnight.
Visitors are welcome to bring picnic lunches. Picnic lunches are welcomed on Riviera Beach only. Please do not bring any food items containing peanuts or traces of nuts. Camp Timberlane is a Peanut/Tree Nut Free facility.
Please note that campers are not permitted to bring food back to their cabins.
Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on camp property.
Please do not offer “tips” to our staff. It is not appropriate. If you feel it is necessary, other forms of gratitude are acceptable such as a small gift or a thank you letter.
Pets are welcomed but must remain on a leash at all times.
