The thrive for Preeminence
• Academic excellence is no doubt an important aspect of teaching and
learning, in particular to this school it seems to be at the forefront. True as
it may that academics come first, in this school I witnessed an absence of
social implications of learning. The thrive for academic excellence in my
opinion totally abandoned the intention of schools producing critical and
social active citizens of the society. Learning is now as instructed and not
an experience, but it is somehow outcome based
