Stanbrook Abbey Hotel
The team are excited that Stanbrook is now part of the Hand Picked Hotel collection, and
they are looking forward to the changes to come.
There have been several big accomplishments since the acquisition of Stanbrook Abbey in
March 2017. Including launching of the Company & Department Induction, the issuing of
portfolios and policies, the uniform sizes have been collated and ordered, kitchen areas re
structured, crockery ordered, Opera implemented… we have all been busy, the list goes on
.
Lesley and Matt came over to help train our team on the breakfast brand standards and to
help launch the Hand Picked Hotels breakfast experience for the guests. Our GM organised a
team breakfast to showcase the new set up and menu, to which the team gave really great
feedback.
