HOTEL INVESTMENT

As we await a further 20 bedrooms to be refurbished we have a number of exciting projects
coming up over the next few months such as the Seigneurie Bar and Pavilion both having a
facelift, the installation of Vingcard electronic keys for all guest bedrooms and whilst not as
exciting as the others but just as essential - the removal of deadlegs following our Water
Risk Assessment to ensure the water is safe within the building.

Not only are we carrying out projects to improve the guest experience but also for our team
members. Housekeeping were thrilled to receive not one nor two but 8
HEST0001 200L/100L NUBAGs. Whilst these may sound like a posh make of car or fancy
vacuum cleaner, Helena assures us that it is a state of the art linen trolley.

GOLF DEVELOPMENT

We are really looking forward to the upcoming opening of the new golf facility at the end of
July. Guernsey Golf has done a fantastic job taking a pipe dream to the reality of where it is
right now. Not only will this be a huge improvement to giving St Pierre Park more of a resort
feel but also be a fantastic facility to have in Guernsey.
Named as Pirate Bay Adventure Golf we look forward to seeing a presentation from
Guernsey Golf over the next few weeks as well as have a visit.
