The Specific Plan for PHR is for approximately 5200 homes. As of April 2016 there were approximately 2183 existing homes in the building stage in PHR.

Canterra: 89 single family residences, 3-4 bedrooms, 3-3 1/2 baths, 2,077-2,588 SF dwelling space, 2 bay garages approx. Sales price low $900,000’s
Casabella: 122 single family residences 3-5 bedrooms, 3-4 1⁄2 baths, 2,134-2,824 SF, 2 bay garages approx. sales price mid $900,000’s
Verana: 77 single family residences, 4-5 bedrooms, 3-4 baths, 2,645-3,518 SF 2 bay garages approx. sales price low $1,000,000
Watermark: 79 single family residences, 71 homes should be finished and sold out by July, 2016, approximate sales price $1,200,000.
The development to the north, northwest of Watermark has not been named but is planned for 56 single family residences. Homes will be built on a minimum 10,000 SF lots, gated and should run in the $1.8 million price range. Models should be ready in June, 2016.
The area to the north, northwest of Arabella is grated and not being discussed at this point
