PACIFIC HIGHLANDS RANCH - PACIFIC HIGHLANDS RANCH TOWN CENTER
The focal point of the Town Center is the 33-acre Village which will be the residential, commercial, and civic core of Pacific Highlands Ranch. The Village at Pacific Highlands is an innovative mixed-use development in the center of Pacific Highlands Ranch.
1. THE VILLAGE encompasses the Village Center, The Finley Project, The Lin Project and KB Homes Project
Village Center – The Village Square is the heart of the Village. It will consist of sidewalk dining, fireplace seating, interactive fountains surrounded by outdoor cafes and quaint shops. There will be 150,000 sq. ft. of retail developed by Coast Income Property and the architect is SGPA. The design is patterned after the Monterey style of Santa Barbara’s State Street Corridor. The Village Square and Main Street feature over 24 foot sidewalks and zero curb lines to promote a friendly pedestrian experience and outdoor dining. The following projects make up the Village:
Finley Project: A Condominium and Townhouse project called “Corallina” will consist of 93 residential units, 18 affordable units, 30,000 SF of office and retail. The 83 townhomes will be 2-3 bedrooms and range from 1600-1900 SF. 10 one-story flats will be built above the townhomes with 3 bedrooms and 2000- 2200 SF. Both Townhomes and flats will come with two car garages.
Lin Project: Just north of the development “Airoso” the project will consist of multi-family and office space to the west of Village Center Loop Road. The Village Center loop Road will eventually go through and meet up with Carmel Valley Road at Zinnia Hills Place.
KB Homes Project: Called ” Laterra” it will consist of 69 Single Family Residences. The 3-4 bedroom homes will range from 1700 – 2000 SF. There will be 11 affordable units. The design will be Santa Barbara style.
