Health Reimbursement Pet Discount Program

Arrangement (HRA)
Pet Insurance through United Pet Care puts an end to deductibles and
frustrating claim forms that traditional pet insurance requires. As a United
Point Loma Credit Union has established a HRA program through
Pet Care member, you simply take your pet to the vet as often as you need

What is an HRA? You will be able to receive reimbursement for the

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

FSA’s provide you with an important tax advantage that can help you pay
health care and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis. By
anticipating your family’s health care and dependent care costs for the
next year, you can actually lower your taxable income.

Plan Year: July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020
Run-out period (to file claims): 90 days following the end of the plan
year, or September 28, 2020
• Healthcare FSA (HCFSA), up to $2,700

• Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA), up to $5,000
($5,000 maximum per household)
$500 ROLLOVER: Employees may roll over up to $500 (cannot be
more than $500) of unused amounts in the Health Flexible Spending
Account. Amounts in excess of $500 will be forfeited.
