With the UltiPro Employee Portal, you and your family can access your benefits information
whenever you want, from home or any place where you have internet access. Use UltiPro to view
plan details, coverage amounts and costs.

To Enroll or Make Changes to Your Benefits
For optimal performance, it is recommended that you use Chrome or Firefox as your internet
browser.
• Log in to https://ew42.ultipro.com

For Open Enrollment 2020
Once you are logged into the website, navigate to Menu > Myself > Open Enrollment and select
Open Enrollment 2020. Follow the enrollment wizard to choose your benefit selections and select
submit when finished.

For New Hire / Qualifying Event
Once you are logged into the website, navigate to Menu > Myself > Life Events and select
appropriate option. Follow the enrollment wizard to choose your benefit selections and select
submit when finished.

All enrollment and payroll deductions will be captured online. Some plans may require additional
steps. You will be automatically enrolled in the following employer-paid benefits: Basic Life &
AD&D, Long Term Disability and Life Assistance Program.

Declination of Coverage – If you are waiving medical, dental or vision coverage for yourself and/
or your eligible dependents, you will need to log in to UltiPro to waive coverage.

Benefits Portal for Important Plan Documentation
Important plan documents are available under the Resources and Quick Links section of UltiPro. These
sections house very important information such as Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC), annual notices,
carrier benefit summaries, evidence of coverage booklets, claim forms, and much more.

These documents include detailed information about the Remita Health benefit plans and can help you plan
for upcoming services. From work or home, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you may access UltiPro.

Carrier Websites
UltiPro is your website for benefit enrollment and changes throughout the year. Each carrier has their own
online member portal that is customized with your personal details, claims information, ID cards, provider
networks and more! Take advantage of the online features available to you. All websites are outlined on the
last page under your Resources.
