Digital Retirement Services | 401(k) Retirement Plans
We provide employees with a 401(k) Plan upon your date of hire. With the 401(k) Plan you can plan
for your retirement. Contributions by payroll deductions can be made on a percentage basis or by
dollar amount. The Raymond Group matches 50% of the first 6% of the employee’s salary voluntary
deferred into the 401(k) retirement plan. The match is deposited into the employee’s 401(k) account with each pay
period deferral. The maximum amount eligible employees can contribute is 100% of salary up to $19,500 (2020) limit.
In addition, eligible employees age 50 and over may make an annual catch-up contribution of $6,500 to the plan when
they complete the 401k Catch-Up form and return it to HR.
