WELCOME TO OPEN ENROLLMENT 2019

It’s that time of year again! Open Enrollment begins December 13th and ends DECEMBER
December 20th.

Our Medical benefits package renews on January 1, 2020. Open Enrollment is S M T W T F S
your annual opportunity to make your benefits choices for the upcoming year.

During Open Enrollment, you can change your plan options and add or remove
dependents from your coverage. No changes are allowed after December 20th, 8 9 10 11 12 13 14
or during the plan year, unless you experience a qualified change in family status 15 16 17 18 19 20 21
as defined by the IRS. All enrollments and changes made during this time are

effective January 1, 2020.

Important benefit updates for January 1, 2020 - December 31, 2020:

 Medical: We are pleased to announce there will be no changes to our Kaiser
plans for the 2020 plan year!
 Employee Rates: We are also pleased to share there will be no changes to
employee rates for the 2020 plan year!
