Kaiser Permanente
Visit Kaiser Permanente’s website at www.kp.org to manage your care anytime, anywhere. You can email
your doctor with non-urgent questions, schedule and cancel routine appointments view most lab results,
and more. In addition, Kaiser Permanente offers a mobile app, available through the App Store or Google
Play.

Anthem Blue Cross
Register on Anthem’s website by visiting www.anthem.com/ca. Once you are registered, you can locate
providers, view your claims status, take a health assessment to receive your overall health score, compare
cost and quality for common procedures, refill prescriptions, and access SpecialOffers@Anthem product
and service discounts. You may also download Anthem’s free mobile app. To log in on your smartphone,
you must be registered on Anthem’s secure member site and have a user name and password.

Delta Dental
Visit www.deltadentalins.com on your smartphone to access mobile-optimized online services on the go,
including a helpful dentist locator tool. Or, download the Delta Dental app, available through the App
Store or Google Play, to access your plan information and try out the handy toothbrush timer.
