At no cost to the client, Burnham provided a highly successful, themed health event
which included the following:
− The event kicked off with an − Paint & sip classes
employee 5k run − Yoga & bootcamp classes
− DJ and employee raffles valuing at − Manicure/pedicure truck
$1,000+ − Arcade games, jumbo jenga,
− Integrated biometric screenings checkers, etc.
− Carriers present to answer benefit − Activities such as basketball, soccer,
questions mini golf course, rock-climbing wall,
− Ten massage therapists on site and an inflatable obstacle course
− Food trucks − Photo booth
The original health event six years ago was so successful that the group continues to
offer it and has expanded aspects of it to other locations as well.
This annual event has proven to be a strong employee engagement and retention tool
for the client; employees show significant appreciation and look forward to it each
year.
Burnham has continued to arrange this event at no cost to the client and with minimal
administrative participation from HR.
