                   Services
                                   Ensure benefit offerings are compliant with ACA and federal and state
                                   regulations; provide recommendations if not compliant to avoid penalties

                                   Automate benefit administration through a preferred vendor partner, resulting
                                   in increased HR productivity and reduced billing and coverage errors
                                   Implement voluntary benefits, such as critical illness and accident insurance,
                                   alongside high deductible health plans so employers can comfortably increase
                                   employee cost-sharing through less rich plan designs


                        Burnham revisits this process and updates the 5-year roadmap annually, at a minimum.
                        Following open enrollment and prior to kicking off strategy for the next plan year, Burnham
                        conducts a stewardship review that summarizes estimated savings by initiative. As the plan year
                        unfolds,  we  monitor  results  and  compare  actual  to  expected;  after  an  entire  year  of  plan
                        experience, we determine actual savings realized.
