VANGUARD | 401(K) RETIREMENT SAVINGS
With our 401(k) retirement savings plan through Vanguard, Kate Somerville has established a tax-favored program that will help you
save for retirement. Here are some of the highlights of our 401(k) plan:

• CONTRIBUTION LIMIT: The maximum contribution for employees under the age of 50 is $19,500 per year. The maximum
catch up contribution for employees over the age of 50 is $6,500. Your contribution must equal a minimum of $6,000 to re-
ceive the maximum employer match.
• COMPANY MATCH: 100% of employee contributions for the first 4% (4-year vesting schedule).
• WAITING PERIOD: First of the month following date of hire.
• AUTOMATIC ENROLLMENT: You will be automatically enrolled in the plan, unless you opt out. 3% will be taken from
your pay on a pre-tax basis and contributed to your account.
