Retirement Savings
Fidelity Investments | 401(k)
As a regular part-time or full-time employee, you are encouraged to participate in Pathway’s 401(k) plan. This plan allows you to
fund for your retirement with pre‐tax dollars. You can defer a percentage of your salary up to IRS maximums. Pathway matches the
first 6% of your pre-tax or Roth contribution at a rate of 50%. The maximum employer contribution shall be 1.5% of your covered
compensation. The matching contribution vests over 4 years and your employee deferral is 100% vested.
Eligibility to begin employee deferrals into the 401(k) plan becomes effective on the first day of the month following your hire date.
As Pathway's 401(k) plan has an automatic enrollment provision, if you do not select your investment funds and deferral amount in
advance of your eligibility date, you will automatically be enrolled in Pathway's 401(k) plan with a 6% deferral amount investment
in a target date fund related to your retirement year. Pathway’s 401(k) plan also allows after-tax contributions.

Catch-Up for Employees Age 50+ $6,500 Indexed for Inflation

Supplemental Benefits
You may purchase individual policies from Unum including Voluntary Accident and Voluntary Hospital. Your premiums are paid
through payroll deductions on a after-tax basis. Unum policies offer direct-to-the-policyholder cash payouts to help cover what
other insurance doesn’t. All of the Unum individual policies are portable, which means that you can keep them should you change
jobs or retire, with no increase in premiums. Please refer to PlanSource for benefit details and rates. Voluntary benefit enrollment
is required prior to the effective date in the PlanSource system and is effective the first of the month following the date of enroll-
ment.
Unum | Voluntary Accident
Unum Accident insurance will pay you a benefit to help cover your out-of-pocket medical costs in case of an accident. For covered
accidental injuries, fixed benefits are paid directly to you, regardless of any other coverage. Benefits are paid according to a fixed
schedule that includes benefits for hospitalization, fractures and dislocations, emergency room visits, major diagnostic exams,
physical therapy, and more.
Unum | Voluntary Hospital
Unum Critical Illness insurance can help you protect yourself and your family from the unexpected cost of fighting a life-
threatening illness. You’ll receive a lump-sum cash payment upon diagnosis of a covered condition such as a Heart Attack, Stroke,
Kidney Failure and Cancer.
