UHC Virtual Visits | Telemedicine
Enrollment in a UnitedHealthcare medical plan is required
A virtual visit is a low cost option for non-emergency medical conditions. Virtual Visits allows you talk to a doctor 24 hours a day/7
days a week from your mobile device or computer without an appointment. Most visits take about 10-15 minutes and doctors can
write a prescription, if needed, that you can pick up at your local pharmacy.
Use Virtual Visits when:
• Your Doctor is not available
• You become ill while traveling
• You are considering visiting a hospital emergency room for a non-emergency health condition
If you are enrolled on the UHC HDHP, you will pay $39 or $40 for your virtual visit appointment. Members enrolled in the UHC PPO
plan will pay the office visit copay for the plan ($30).

where you can register for a virtual visit.

easier for you to get the information you need so you can focus on what’s really important. Total Population Health can assist with:

• Discovering how to save money on medications
• Finding the best coverage for your needs
