LiveHealth Online is a great new innovation that allows for online visits with doctors for non-emergency health
conditions. LiveHealth Online is used primarily for things one can self-diagnose like the common cold, a rash, or pink
eye. It is available for all Anthem members at a $10 copay. LiveHealth Online doctors can even write prescriptions that
you can then go pick up at your local pharmacy. LiveHealth Online can be accessed from anywhere! To get started, go
to www.livehealthonline.com and set up a profile. When accessing LiveHealth Online, you’ll select a physician, submit
your symptoms and a live video conversation with the physician begins. LiveHealth Online also includes Behavioral
Health visits that are offered as part of the Behavioral Health benefits.
