SBCEO gives you the opportunity to purchase a variety of financial protection plans through Aflac.

Supplemental Financial Protection Plans

Carrier Aflac
Accident Indemnity Advantage Plan Accident coverage 24 hours a day for the whole family, including an initial hospital stay benefit,
daily hospital benefits, surgical benefits and more. Includes a wellness benefit to reward you for
taking care of yourself.
Hospital Advantage Preferred Plan Ability to choose your first night benefit up to $2000, emergency room benefit and riders
available to cover surgery and daily benefits for every day your are in the hospital up to a full
year. Family coverage available.
Cancer Care Plan Includes a large first occurrence benefit that can increase every year, benefits for
treatment including experimental treatments not covered by health insurance. Daily
hospital benefits and home health care benefits that help with treatment you might
receive after leaving the hospital. Family coverage covers all children until age 26 with no
premium.

Critical Care Plan Pays a large first occurrence benefit for events such as stroke, heart attack, coma, and
renal failure, daily hospital benefits and includes a re-occurrence benefit to cover you in
case of a second critical event. Family coverage available.
