PAID TIME-OFF
VACATION
All employees are eligible for vacation benefits with pay during each calendar year. Vacation is computed on an anniversary date
basis, accrues per paycheck and will begin accruing from the first month of employment. As an employee, you are entitled to take
vacation as it accrues each month. The vacation day / accrual rate is as follows:

You will receive your regular rate of pay while on paid vacation. This does not include overtime or any special forms of
compensation such as commission or bonuses. Vacation time may not be taken prior to being earned. Vacations can be taken in no
less than four (4) hour increments, unless otherwise agreed upon by your immediate supervisor. You may take a maximum of two
consecutive weeks (10 days) of vacation per year based on your anniversary date.
