Voluntary Benefit Advisors (VBA) | MetLife Assistance

Submitting an accident insurance, hospital indemnity and critical illness claim doesn’t have to be challenging. VBA will provide
claims assistance for your MetLife Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital plans. If you have questions or need assistance filing a
claim—please give them a call.

Voluntary Benefit Advisors Service Center is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm PST at
