BENEFITS MEETINGS
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO - ACTION REQUIRED
There are a number of steps you must take for this special Open Enrollment. Please take time to review your current
enrollment, assess your needs and make your benefit elections carefully. Elections made during Open Enrollment are
effective January 1, 2019. No changes are allowed after December 13, 2018 or during the plan year, unless you experience a
qualified change in family status as defined by the IRS. See the Employee Benefits Guide for details.

Read the Benefits Guide which will give you a broad overview.
Login Email: You will receive an email by December 6th regarding your username and password.
Enroll online! If you do not enroll online, you will not have coverage effective January 1, 2019.
The enrollment instructions to Paycom is below. You must enroll or waive your benefits by Thursday, December 13th.
If you are enrolling in Blue Cross’ HMO plans, please confirm that you have selected your Primary Care Physician (PCP).
Designate your beneficiary for Company Paid life insurance.
All open enrollment elections must be completed by Thursday, December 13th for a January 1, 2019 effective date.

ENROLL IN BENEFIT PLANS USING THE APP
You can enroll on the paycomonline.com or conveniently on
their mobile app:
STEP 1:
Log in to the Paycom app.
STEP 2:
Within the Notification Center, select “Benefits Enrollment”
STEP 3:
Click “Start Enrollment” and enter your personal information
and any dependents or beneficiaries.
STEP 4:
After reading each benefit plan, choose your coverage, then
elect either to enroll or decline.
STEP 5:
To complete enrollment, click “Finalize,” then “Sign and
Submit”
