RETIREMENT SAVINGS
PRINCIPAL | 401(K) RETIREMENT SAVINGS
With our 401(k) retirement savings plan through Principal, Ria has established a tax-favored program that will help you save for retire-
ment. Here are some of the highlights of our 401(k) plan:
• AUTOMATIC ENROLLMENT: Employees are automatically enrolled to contribute 6% through pre-tax salary deferral be-
ginning on the 1st pay date of the month following 60 days of employment. Employees who want to contribute a different
amount or who do not wish to participate must contact Principal at www.principal.com or at 800-547-7754. Reference account
number 454459.
• CONTRIBUTION LIMIT: The maximum contribution for employees under the age of 50 is $19,500 per year. The maximum
catch up contribution for employees over the age of 50 is $6,500. Contribution percentage is subject to automatic annual increase
of 1% every January 1st up to a maximum of 10%.
• COMPANY MATCH: Employer may match up to 50% of the first 6% of the employee annual contribution.
• WAITING PERIOD: To be eligible for the employer match, employees must have worked at least 1,000 hours during the plan
year AND must be an active employee on the last day of the plan year (December 31st.).

EURONET EMPLOYEE STOCK PURCHASE PLAN (ESPP):
• ESPP is a Euronet plan that features a quarterly offering.
• You will be able to participate on the 1st day of the quarter following 90 days of employment.
• Euronet allows you to purchase its common stock at a 15% discount. You purchase the common stock at the lesser of 85% of the
fair market value (FMV) on the current quarter’s last day or the first day of the next quarter.
• Your election will continue each quarter unless you change your quarterly election or opt-out of the program by electing a $0.00
contribution.
EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM:
• Employees working 30 + hours per week are eligible to participate after 90 days of employment.
• Up to 50% of tuition reimbursement for courses taken at nationally recognized accredited schools.
• Other reimbursable costs may include lab fees, books, and other required course materials.
• Reimbursable Annual Maximum $2,000.
