Costly accidents can happen any me, anywhere, when you least expect them and that is why you need Accident insurance. Even
quality medical plans can leave you with extra expenses to pay deduc bles, copays for doctor and emergency room care, tes ng
and supplies, or extra costs for out‐of‐network care to name a few.
Transamerica provides two op ons for Accident insurance coverage and both provide fixed benefits that are paid directly to you
regardless of any other coverage you may have. Benefits are paid according to a fixed schedule that includes benefits for
hospitaliza on, fractures and disloca ons, emergency room visits, major diagnos c exams, physical therapy and more.
