Online Enrollment

You can access your enrollment info at any time by using BeneTrac, our benefits management tool. BeneTrac is the only way you
can choose or change benefits and personal info, so it’s important that you log in to BeneTrac, verify your personal info, choose
or decline benefits, and identify the peeps you want to get your life insurance benefits.

HOW TO LOG IN:

1. Go to: www.benetrac.com
2. Enter the Employer ID: RIOT9880

3. Enter your username: Your username is the first initial of your first name, your last name, and the last 4 digits
of your Social Security Number. Example SSmith1234
4. Enter your password*

* First timers, your password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number. If you do not have a Social Security Number,
the Benefits team will provide you with your login info directly.

Burnham Advocate

Riot partners with Burnham, a free resource to help just in case you need
support when dealing with your insurance company. They can provide
personalized, subject matter expertise with pretty much all things health
insurance–medical, dental, or vision insurance claims, referrals, etc.

We certainly hope it never happens, but if you ever have complicated
questions or issues, Burnham works with you to research and resolve
problems quickly and effectively.
