Unlocking the Power of Multimodal Datasets with SOPHiA DDM

ABSTRACT
Precision medicine increasingly relies on the integration of clinical, genomic and imaging data to build
a more complete understanding of cancer and its treatment pathways. The SOPHiA DDM™ Platform
supports this by harmonising multimodal datasets at scale andproviding a unified view of patient
journeys. SOPHiA CarePath™ enhances this approach with comprehensive longitudinal visualisation,
cohorting capabilities and modelling tools that help interpret disease evolution and treatment effects
across varied patient groups. The presentation will showcase the Digital Twins demonstration, which
uses real world clinico genomic information to highlight outcomes in patients with similar profiles,
offering practical insights that can support more informed therapeutic decisions. Together, these
capabilities illustrate the value of multimodal data in advancing precision oncology.
