INSTALLATION METHOD:
To help you understand our installation process please find listed below an abridged account of what
is involved.
Items to be provided by Client/Contractor prior to Phase 1 pool arrival.
• Cast concrete void formed to Reval specifications (see attached photo)
The pool will have a structural temporary cover fitted and this will contain all the necessary plant
equipment for later installation. The pool structure will be craned into the precast void - suitable
crane to be supplied and operated by client (all site specific RAMS will be supplied by Reval
Manufacturing). Please allow 1 day for this part of the process.
Items to be provided by Client/Contractor prior to Phase 2 plant installation and commissioning.
• 3 Phase electrical supply in plant room with suitable protection and isolator to be provided
by contractor to Reval specification.
• Mains cold water supply in plant room to be provided by contractor to Reval specification.
• Suitable waste water drainage in plant room to be supplied by contractor to Reval
specification.
When the pool area is complete and decorated. Usually 4 weeks before building hand over. Reval’s
installation team will remove the temporary pool cover, install the plant equipment and commission
the pool. Please allow approximately 10 days for this part of the process.
Once the building is complete Reval commissioning team will return to carry out extensive handover
training operational training and provide a site specific operation and maintenance manual.
